Vietnam, Grand Opening of MACHIDA SHOTEN, Crescent Mall

 Gift Holdings (President Sho Tagawa, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market) and group companies (hereinafter referred to as our group) is pleased to announce the opening of fifth MACHIDA SHOTEN, Crescent Mall (hereinafter referred to as “our store”), on November 11, 2025, in Vietnam.

We as Gift Group aim to “Deliver our ramen to the world as a Gift.” Our businesses focus on managing our company-owned restaurants, supporting our partnership stores by supervising their operations, and distributing our private brand materials. The new store will open through a sub-franchise agreement between SENSE OF LIFE CORPORATION, which operates MACHIDA SHOTEN stores No.1–4 in Vietnam under a franchise agreement, and a local company.

 Our goal is to open 1,000 stores domestically and 1,000 stores overseas. Leveraging the expertise in ramen store management accumulated by our group, both domestically and internationally, as well as collaboration with local partners, we are delighted to announce the opening of our store as the sixteenth overseas franchise store.

Our store is in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, approximately a 20-minute drive from the city center. The area is known for its upscale residential neighborhoods and numerous international schools, with a large community of foreign residents. Our store is opened inside of Crescent Mall, which attracts many families, and it is surrounded by modern high-rise condominiums and beautiful open spaces. The area is lively and bustling with residents and tourists, especially on weekends.

Our store offers the same high-quality atmosphere, service, and taste as the directly manage stores in Japan to satisfy our customers. The side dishes such as gyoza and karaage are homemade.

Our mission is to serve our delicious food and provide the best service with smiles and energy to locals and people from all over the world. We will continue to focus on our vision to “Deliver our ramen to the world as a Gift.”
