Flexibility Expanding Our Brand to the World

Gift has been expanding our brand as a ramen company in Japan. We have 9 different brands with different concepts of ramen. However, when it comes to expanding our brand outside Japan, we know we must think outside of the box.

At our E.A.K restaurants in NY, we do not only offer our signature ramens, but sushi rolls, cold appetizers, or various kinds of drinks. It applies the same to our FC partners. We just opened our very first franchised MACHIDA SHOTEN in Phuket, Thailand, and the variation on the menu is different from what we offer at our restaurants in Japan.



Since we are looking forward to serving many guests from all over the world, we have sushi rolls, many kinds of fried appetizers, local beers, and some Japanese appetizers besides ramen. We are very happy to create menus that will make the restaurants successful in their area.

After all, our strength as a company is our ramen that has been accepted by so many customers in Japan, and we also have flexibility to challenge the world.
